The machine is designed for automatic efficient shot blasting to de-scale and remove rust from job rotating on Rotating Turn Table. The Job is loaded on Door mounted Turn Table & fed in the Blasting Cabinet where they are blasted inside the chamber. The Job is loaded on the rotating table where they are blasted inside the work chamber (blast cabinet).

Once the machine is started, the blast wheels will come into rotation. No sooner the wheels attains its maximum speed, the shots will be fed automatically through a Soundabrator Valve operated by a solenoid valve and pneumatic cylinder opening mechanism. These shots are propelled on the rotating components at high velocity thereby blasting them. Repeat the operation on second Turn Table. After blasting, the shots fall down inside the hopper of the cabinet and are gravity fed to the lower screw conveyor. 

The screw conveyor conveys the shots from the cabinet tot the boot of the bucked elevator, which in turns lifts the shots and feed them to a rotating screen. The usable shots, unusable shots (fine) and heavy dust will be filtered through the screen and unusable shots (bigger size) and other big particles will stay on the screen and should be removed through refuse pipe time to time. The shots, which have passed form screen are subjected to an air wash system which drains all the dust and broken shots. Only usable shots come in to storage hopper, which are re-cycled. The Fines and broken shots comes to a refuse hopper and are rejected from the system through a refuse pipe. The dust collector absorbs the fine dust produced in the blast chamber.

The dust particles enter in the Dust Collector From Dc Inlet The dust particle trapped over the Pleated Filter Elements. The dust free clean air escape to the atmosphere through the Exhaust Fan. 

The dust trapped over the Pleated Filter Bags is cleaned by Reverse Jet Action, allowing the trapped dust to be dropped in the Dust Bin. The compressed air blows out intermittently through Solenoid Valve & Injector Pipe in clean air chamber of Dust Collector into the rows of Pleated Bags Solenoid Valve. No-sooner the Exhaust Fan Motor is switched ON the compressed air blows after pre set Interval Time (Seconds) for pre set Duration Time (Millie Second) set in Timer (Fitted inside the Electrical Control Panel). 

Clean air is exhausted through exhaust fan outlet & keeping the atmosphere friendly The machine has ample of safety measures to avoid any problem. Limit switches are provided at outer of cabinet, which does not permit any operation of the blast wheel unless the working door is properly closed. 

An emergency OFF switch is provided on the control panel, which when pressed, brings the complete system to stop during any emergency.
